A Tale of Love amidst Terror is a love story, set in Pakistan with political instability and terrorism in the background. It offers an insight into the culture, changing values and mindset of the society. It is a story about Mishal, who belongs to an educated but conservative family, and Amar, who is from a prominent political family. Both fall in love but are torn apart by circumstances as Amar faces personal tragedy. In a thrilling journey sprinkled with assassinations, tribal affiliations, dominant family culture, suspense and blackmail, we are taken from the capital, Islamabad to the Koh-e-Suleiman hills bordering the troubled region of South Waziristan as Mishal and Amar's paths are crossed once again.
